Returns


BandiKoot wants you to be completely thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item thats okay too.

Bandikoot will only offer a full refund if the garment is faulty or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange. Bandikoot does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.

For all Australian returns, garments need to be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from the date of shipping.

When returning goods, Please remember to add a brief note with your details. Bandikoot does not cover the return postage costs - this cost is at your own expense. We recommend using registered post to return garments. Bandikoot is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.

Please allow 7 business days for the exchange to be processed.
